Flow Forming of thin-walled tubes of varying thicknesses up to 6m length & 550mm dia. Tubes are typically used as rocket motor casings, nuclear reactors, high pressure systems and for other low weight, high strength requirements.
Shear Forming of complex shapes including domes, cones and cups. Thin wall, lightweight, high strength and axisymmetric parts with good dimensional accuracy and finish.


CNC Filament winding and tape placement of composite parts and structures. From carbon composite rocket motor casings and cannister launch tubes to ablative liners and pressure vessels. Sizes upto 3m dia and 10m length.


Autoclave Moulding of impregnated fabrics of glass, carbon, silica and aramid with epoxy, phenolic and other resins, to produce composite structural parts as well as ablative liners. Useable size of 1.2m dia and 3m length.


Hot press moulding of composite parts, usually ablative liners. Moulding of impregnated fabric sheets, chopped squares, and moulding compounds. Intricate geometries can be moulded, insitu if required. Up to 1000T load with heated jackets and platens of useable size 1.5m X 1.5m.


Precision welding of rocket motor casings including flanges, brackets and lugs. Automatic TIG welding for parts of 700mm dia and 5m length


CNC machining centers for turning, milling, drilling including turn mill.
